Sydney, Australia - Known has announced Oz Harvest was named a Finalist in Ashton Media’s CX Awards for 2022 - based on their use of conversational AI platform, Conversr.

Conversr transformed the customer experience for Oz Harvest, achieving phenomenal campaign success, resulting in the Conversr platform being nominated for ‘Best use of Technology to revolutionise Customer Experience’.

Oz Harvest’s challenge was to convert one-time donors to regular monthly givers through telemarketing. Using Conversr, a single point of contact was introduced to engage with leads over 2 pre-calling AI-driven engagements. This resulted in improved telemarketing results with 11.1% of the cohort being converted to regular giving and 1.8% giving a one-off gift.  This is more than double the prior year results.   The one-time donors receiving a positive Conversr score, based on their engagement during the journey, converted to regular giving at an even higher rate – 14.5%.
